Your data may be processed outside the UK or EU by our service providers, subject to appropriate safeguards in line with UK GDPR requirements.

6. How Long We Keep Your Data

If your application is unsuccessful, we will retain your data for up to 6 months from the date of submission, unless you request deletion sooner.

If you are successful, your data will become part of your employee record.

Under UK data protection law, you have the right to:

• Object to or restrict processing
